For over 13 years, Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest has hosted an annual fundraising gala, "Power of the Purse," featuring handbags and purses made from local designers. As part of the event, each unique piece is auctioned off in the end with all proceeds going directly to Girls Inc..
As a part of this years POP, Looptworks joined forces again to create another bag. Each purse is typically assigned to a single celeb in Portland, but we were chosen as designers for this year’s Traveling Purse, a bag that will travel every week to a different local celebrity.
