Leave it to Southwest Airlines to make a seat cover stretch that much farther, and when you’ve got forty-three acres of leather to dispose of, it can go a long, long way.

Now, instead of playing host to bargain-hunter buns, all that sturdy leather is being upcycled into limited edition handbags, duffles, and totes by Oregon-based company Looptworks.
